If the LUT's you've got don't appear in that dropdown list even though they're in the folder with all the other LUT's from that list. You probably will need to re-start PrPro after dropping them in there before it will "see" them. You can add LUT's to that Technical folder and they should appear in the drop-down box so you don't need to navigate to them. in the Program files folder for Adobe Premiere Pro, they're in Lumetri/LUTs/Technical. You are welcome to download my free LUTS4Vegas package, which includes a collection of nearly 400 profile, camera, and grading LUTS, in addition to a couple of my own. You can also stack LUTS using the two locations in Vegas' color grading panel. I don't really suggest stacking more than two Luts because doing so can create redundancies that destroy native bit depth, unless that is your intention. The second is the "Rose" warming grading LUT from the Panasonic collection, added at a modest level. The first is a camera LUT to convert S-Log to 709 for conventional monitor output. In this quick example, two LUT filters are added as Event Level fx. It is a very simple matter to stack LUT filters in Vegas Pro 19 using the Vegas LUT Filter fx Plugin at any of the Media, Track, Event, or Output Levels.
